RETURN POLICY

Please contact us if you wish to make a return. You may return most new, unopened items within 4 weeks of delivery. Any products that were received from My Essential Life in a damaged or defective state must be reported within 10 days of receipt. My Essential life will replace a product that was received damaged or defective and reported within 10 days with an exact product replacement only. My Essential Life will replace items in new condition within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. NO RESTOCKING FEE! No refunds will be issued for any outdated, used, or damaged items (except items that were reported damaged within 10 days of receipt). No refunds will be issued for shipping charges. You should expect to see your refund between 3-4 weeks after sending your package back. This allows time for us to receive your package, process your return and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request.

SHIPPING POLICY

Once we have shipped your order you will receive an email notification and a Canada Post tracking number.  All shipments will be made via Canada Post. We will ship orders within 1-3 business days. Canada Post standard shipping and express rates are available. Local pick up available upon request.
