It's been a really interesting fall and winter season at My Essential Life as we expand our product lines and take on a fresh new look. 

In addition to updating our logo, colours and feel we have spent a lot of time thinking about what matters to you. Because you are so important to us - we want to hear what you think. 

Take a tour around, and let us know! And of course - treat yourself. We spend so much time in this busy season submerged in commercialism. We want to encourage you to simplify, detox, and take it easy. Remember - the holidays are about family.
